Insights Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of insights and storytelling, the remote Insights Manager will manage data analysis and reporting phases for the Health Insurance team within Financial Services, ensuring timely delivery of client-ready materials and proper application of analytical techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input on study design and select appropriate research techniques for projects
• Develop surveys and analyze research results, collaborating with the Client Management team to interpret findings
• Write reports that connect research findings to client business objectives in a clear and actionable manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS)
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
