Insights Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development of insights and storytelling, the full-time Insights Manager will manage data analysis and reporting for the Health Insurance team within Financial Services, focusing on presenting actionable insights and ensuring the integrity of research findings in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on study design and select appropriate research techniques for projects
- Develop surveys and analyze research results, collaborating with the Client Management team to interpret findings
- Create clear and actionable client-ready reports and deliverables that align research findings with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS)
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
