Insights Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development of insights and storytelling, the full-time Insights Manager will own data analysis and reporting for the Health Insurance team within Financial Services, working remotely to present actionable insights that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on study design and select appropriate research techniques for projects
- Develop surveys and analyze research results in collaboration with the Client Management team
- Write reports that clearly relate research findings to business objectives and deliver client-ready materials on time
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS)
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
