Insights Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development of insights and storytelling, the remote Insights Manager will manage data analysis and reporting phases, ensuring the delivery of client-ready materials while applying analytical techniques to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input on study design and recommend appropriate research techniques for projects
- Develop surveys and questionnaires to meet client objectives and ensure quality control of programmed questionnaires
- Analyze research results and collaborate with the Client Management team to interpret findings and prepare actionable reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business, market analysis, or market research
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics)
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
