Insights Manager - Financial Services

Job Summary

Leading the development of insights and storytelling, the remote Insights Manager - Financial Services will manage data analysis and reporting phases for the Health Insurance team, ensuring timely delivery of client-ready materials and proper application of analytical techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input on study design and research techniques for projects
• Develop surveys and analyze research results, collaborating with the Client Management team
• Write reports that connect research findings to business objectives in a clear and actionable manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years' experience in business, market analysis, or market research
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis package (e.g., SPSS)
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
