Insights Partner, Career Pathways

Job Summary

To support the advancement of equitable career pathways, the full-time Insights Partner, Career Pathways will conduct research and analysis, lead knowledge mobilization efforts, and integrate learning across countries in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze research, labor market data, and trends relevant to career pathways and skills
• Lead knowledge mobilization by creating accessible information products and collaborating with communication teams
• Maintain a cross-country learning agenda, fostering knowledge sharing and managing a comprehensive knowledge base

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 3-7 years of relevant work experience, particularly in workforce development or economic development
• Experience in hands-on research or knowledge management
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across matrixed teams and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for conveying complex information effectively
