Job Summary

Leading the Insights Onboarding team, the full-time Insights Supervisor will manage analytics-driven customer implementations and operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to support reporting and data visualization initiatives, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive customer success by collaborating with internal teams to enhance implementation and post-launch support
  • Develop and optimize internal tools and processes related to reporting and visualization
  • Oversee team operations, ensuring adherence to processes and quality service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics-related products
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in implementations or process development is strongly preferred
