Job Summary
Leading the Insights Onboarding team, the full-time Insights Supervisor will manage analytics-driven customer implementations and operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally to support reporting and data visualization initiatives, with flexibility for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer success by collaborating with internal teams to enhance implementation and post-launch support
- Develop and optimize internal tools and processes related to reporting and visualization
- Oversee team operations, ensuring adherence to processes and quality service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, or analytics-related products
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in implementations or process development is strongly preferred
