Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Install Specialist will partner with clients and stakeholders to implement and maintain pharmacy benefits within the RxCLAIM adjudication system, ensuring accurate configuration and compliance with client requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze benefit questions and secure necessary data for accurate implementation in the RxCLAIM system
  • Implement and maintain benefit requirements according to client intent and turnaround times
  • Perform validation of system benefits configuration and respond to claims processing inquiries
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) environment
  • Experience using critical thinking skills to inform stakeholders on solutions and issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work during peak seasons and occasional overtime as needed
