Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Coordinator (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and assignment of contract work orders to meet service level requirements
Monitor and triage at-risk contract work orders using predefined tools
Process contract work order approvals for invoice readiness and respond to routine inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent experience; continued education is a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience in field services, customer service, scheduling, or related roles
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Scheduling experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
