Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Coordinator (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and assignment of contract work orders to meet service level requirements
  • Monitor and triage at-risk contract work orders using predefined tools
  • Process contract work order approvals for invoice readiness and respond to routine inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience; continued education is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field services, customer service, scheduling, or related roles
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Scheduling experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
