Job Summary
To ensure efficient field service operations, the remote Installation Coordinator will manage the scheduling and assignment of contract work orders, monitor at-risk assignments, and process approvals, all while maintaining quality and cost standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage task load associated with scheduling and assigning contract work orders to meet service level requirements
- Monitor and triage at-risk contract work orders using predefined tooling
- Process contract work order approvals for invoice readiness and respond to routine inquiries as a liaison
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; continued education is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in field services, customer service, scheduling, or related roles
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Scheduling experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
