Installation Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure efficient field service operations, the remote Installation Coordinator will manage the scheduling and assignment of contract work orders, monitor at-risk assignments, and process approvals, all while maintaining quality and cost standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage task load associated with scheduling and assigning contract work orders to meet service level requirements
• Monitor and triage at-risk contract work orders using predefined tooling
• Process contract work order approvals for invoice readiness and respond to routine inquiries as a liaison

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; continued education is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in field services, customer service, scheduling, or related roles
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Scheduling experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
