Installation Coordinator Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the Installation Coordinator Team Lead will manage field work order processes, provide tactical support to the Installation Coordinator team, and ensure high performance and quality standards while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with Installation Coordinators to manage the lifecycle of field work orders, ensuring timely and quality installations
• Acts as the operational subject matter expert and provides guidance to the Installation Coordinator team on processes and system issues
• Monitors team productivity and supports continuous improvement efforts by tracking key performance indicators in collaboration with supervisors

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; continued education is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in frontline staff coordination, dispatch, or operations support
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Proficiency with workforce management systems and scheduling tools
• Experience in SOP adherence and process standardization
