Installation Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing all on-site activities during the installation of wind turbines, the full-time Installation Lead will manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and drive project completion on time and within budget in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site operations related to wind turbine construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors and vendors, conducting performance reviews and resolving resource allocation issues
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Recognized trade qualification with a minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation fields
• At least five years of supervisory experience in a construction environment
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred, or substantial relevant work experience
• Proficiency in advanced construction management tools and software for project tracking and resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and experience in promoting a safety-first culture on job sites
