Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Manager to support the installation of new and renewal business sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve group and member concerns escalated through brokers
  • Support Account Executives during the implementation process, ensuring all client requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate group documents and provide enrollment support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Health Plan Sales, Benefit Counseling, or Account Management
  • Knowledge of state-specific Health Plan Benefits
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
