Installation Processor

Job Summary

To support the Group Protection Claims & Operations Team, the full-time remote Installation Processor II will independently manage system configuration for implementation cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting established service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system configuration for assigned implementation cases according to defined requirements and timelines
• Support Implementation Managers by completing configuration and processing activities to enable timely case progression
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete dependent workstreams and ensure readiness for implementation

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Minimum Required)
• 2 - 3 years of customer service, product and/or service implementation, and/or project management experience
• Knowledge of group insurance products (nice-to-have)
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented
