Installation Processor II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Processor II to join their Workplace Solutions Team in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system configuration for assigned implementation cases according to defined requirements and timelines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete dependent workstreams and ensure readiness for implementation
• Execute system transactions accurately and compile required documentation for successful case installation and implementation handoff

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 - 3 years of customer service, product and/or service implementation, and/or project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders or cross-functional partners
• Ability to prioritize workload based on volume, urgency, and priority
