Installation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Specialist - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of issues, find solutions, and communicate updates to clients
• Use internal databases for client implementations and process assigned tickets
• Coordinate eligibility setup for new clients and assist with client-requested changes

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or related field
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Available to work 40 hours per week, including occasional overtime and holidays
