Installation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Installation Specialist - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of issues, find solutions, and communicate updates to clients
- Use internal databases for client implementations and process assigned tickets
- Coordinate eligibility setup for new clients and assist with client-requested changes
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or related field
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Available to work 40 hours per week, including occasional overtime and holidays
