Job Summary

• Support key institutional client relationships and collaborate with various teams
• Address client escalations and communicate updates to leadership
• Enhance client experience and manage incoming client requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management/Relationship Management
• Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, and urgency in delivering client success
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Ability to establish and maintain trust-driven relationships
• Experience in digital assets and prior Prime Brokerage experience is a plus
