Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, the remote contract Institutional Business Development Manager will identify and engage institutional clients, negotiate high-value sponsorships, and sell premium marketing solutions in the crypto and fintech sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with institutional clients, including banks and asset managers
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value sponsorships and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through HubSpot CRM
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or media sales targeting financial or technology companies
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with institutional clients
  • Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or financial media environments
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel for industry events
  • Experience at a leading financial, business, or crypto media company is highly preferred
