Institutional Capital Director

Job Summary

To attract strategic capital into the GoMining ecosystem, the full-time Institutional Capital Director will build and grow relationships with institutional investors globally, focusing on capital-raising efforts and managing the entire relationship cycle from initial introductions to closing transactions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage GoMining's institutional capital pipeline across key financial markets
• Originate and develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and asset managers
• Lead the full capital-raising cycle, including prospecting, presentations, due diligence, and negotiations

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in institutional finance, investment banking, or capital markets
• Proven experience working directly with institutional investors and sophisticated capital allocators
• Strong existing network across institutional investors and capital sources
• Track record of originating and closing significant investment transactions
• Strong understanding of investment products and institutional due diligence processes
