Institutional Giving Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Institutional Giving Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise $5M or more annually by creating and implementing strategic institutional fundraising priorities
• Identify new funding prospects and develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans
• Manage relationships with program staff and leadership to achieve fundraising goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience soliciting and managing five and six-figure grants
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in development and fundraising
• Experience with international and governmental proposals and reports
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge database preferred
• Understanding of climate, deforestation, and human rights issues preferred
