Job Summary

Institutional Giving Specialist manages grant-related responsibilities including identifying funding opportunities, submitting proposals, and coordinating with various teams, working full-time in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stewardship and expansion of a portfolio of institutional donors
• Write and submit competitive proposals in collaboration with program and finance teams
• Coordinate grant award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum four years of fundraising experience with institutional funders
• Experience in grant management and proposal writing
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with program budgeting and understanding of financial statements
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
