Institutional Lending Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a tenured institutional lending team, the full-time Institutional Lending Manager will manage the loan purchase and sale processes while actively coaching employees and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the institutional loan purchase and sale processes, ensuring effective team training and resource allocation
• Develop employee skills through training, feedback, and performance appraisals while fostering strong relationships with business partners
• Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic program development and maintain regulatory compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of prior lending experience, specifically in Indirect or Institutional lending
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a financial industry, such as a credit union or bank
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-faceted systems
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners
