Institutional Lending Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Institutional Lending team, the full-time Remote Institutional Lending Specialist will facilitate loan purchases, conduct quality reviews, and assist with loan sale activities while ensuring compliance with program criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Presents risk analysis of loans exceeding approval authority to management for resolution
• Manages loan purchase transactions, focusing on loan review skills and meeting department goals
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with business partners and ensures compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience is required
• 1+ year of prior loan review experience within a financial institution is required
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multi-faceted systems are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment are required
