Job Summary
Driving awareness and engagement, the full-time Institutional Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to institutional audiences, focusing on content creation and thought leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the institutional marketing strategy, including audience segmentation and messaging frameworks
- Create high-quality content assets such as white papers, case studies, and email campaigns tailored to institutional audiences
- Build and manage thought leadership programs, including executive bylines and conference presence, while partnering with Capital Markets and Sales on account-based marketing campaigns
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on institutional financial services audiences
- Deep understanding of how institutional allocators evaluate and engage with new investment infrastructure
- Proven track record of developing content and campaigns that support sales pipeline for complex sales cycles
- Strong writing and editing skills to translate technical concepts into clear institutional messaging
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, along with a data-driven mindset to measure performance and report on marketing attribution
