Job Summary
A company is looking for an Institutional Partnerships Coordinator to support senior fundraisers in cultivating and managing donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop donor materials and manage workflow across departments
- Maintain accurate donor information in Salesforce and track fundraising metrics
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, processing correspondence, and preparing expense reports
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative fundraising and project management experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial reports preferred
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and donor database(s); Salesforce experience preferred
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
