Job Summary

A company is looking for an Institutional Partnerships Coordinator to support senior fundraisers in cultivating and managing donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop donor materials and manage workflow across departments
  • Maintain accurate donor information in Salesforce and track fundraising metrics
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, processing correspondence, and preparing expense reports
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative fundraising and project management experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial reports preferred
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and donor database(s); Salesforce experience preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
