Institutional Property Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a national portfolio of institutional clients, the full-time Institutional Property Services Manager will manage a team of property services coordinators, oversee repairs and maintenance, and drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee work order and turnover pipeline management, ensuring timely and accurate execution of repairs and maintenance
• Interface with institutional clients to provide performance reviews and translate client requirements into operational execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with institutional SFR owners or property managers, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Direct experience with contractual SLAs and RFI workflows
• Experience managing scattered-site operations across multiple locations
• Strong project management skills and process-creation abilities
• Demonstrated use of data-driven decision-making and AI tools to enhance business operations
