Institutional Relations Lead

Job Summary

Building and managing relationships with sell-side research analysts, the full-time Institutional Relations Lead will create institutional-grade content and support marketing efforts remotely within the Chainlink ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured coverage program for sell-side research analysts in the crypto and digital asset sectors
• Author institutional-grade research content, including white papers and newsletters, to communicate complex protocol mechanics clearly
• Engage directly with accredited institutional audiences and support broader institutional strategies through CRM management and media placements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, institutional research, or capital-markets roles with direct engagement with institutional investors
• Proven ability to produce high-quality institutional content that influences allocator behavior
• Deep understanding of institutional investment decision-making and sell-side research impact
• Fluency in digital assets, blockchain technology, and token economics
• Existing relationships with sell-side analysts covering crypto or fintech sectors
