Institutional Relations Lead

Job Summary

Building and managing relationships with sell-side research analysts, the full-time Institutional Relations Lead will create institutional-grade content and support marketing efforts for the Chainlink ecosystem in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a structured coverage program for sell-side research analysts in crypto and digital assets
• Produce institutional-grade research content, including white papers and newsletters, to effectively communicate Chainlink's value proposition
• Engage with accredited institutional audiences and maintain a CRM of qualified contacts to support broader institutional strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, institutional research, or capital-markets roles with direct engagement with institutional investors
• Proven ability to produce institutional-grade content that influences accredited audiences
• Deep understanding of institutional investment decision-making and sell-side research impact
• Fluency in digital assets, blockchain technology, and token economics
• Existing relationships with sell-side analysts covering crypto or fintech sectors
