Institutional Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support institutional decision-making and planning, the full-time remote Institutional Research Analyst will lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation while promoting evidence-based practices in a creative academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain institutional data related to enrollment, student success, and academic programs
• Prepare and submit external reports for compliance and develop internal reports that provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to inform strategic priorities and support accreditation processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, data analytics, social sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or higher education planning
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SPSS
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and produce clear, accurate reports
• Experience with student information systems and familiarity with accreditation processes preferred
