Institutional Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support institutional research efforts, the full-time Institutional Research Analyst will collect, analyze, and report institutional data while collaborating with university stakeholders to enhance decision-making and ensure compliance with reporting requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing institutional data related to enrollment, student outcomes, and faculty productivity
• Support the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies, including accrediting bodies and government entities
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key institutional metrics effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in institutional research, data analysis, or higher education administration
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools
• Familiarity with institutional research practices and accreditation processes
• Knowledge of compliance and reporting standards related to state and federal agencies
