Job Summary

A company is looking for an Institutional Sales Director to build and scale its institutional revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define priority institutional segments and design entry strategies for partnerships
  • Shape and evolve commercial media and PR products for institutional clients
  • Build repeatable, high-margin revenue models and establish long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, revenue strategy, or partnerships
  • Proven experience working with institutional clients, large brands, or regulated players
  • Experience in media, information platforms, Web3, or TradFi
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus
  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
