Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Institutional Sales - APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle with financial institutions, from lead generation to deal closure
- Lead discovery conversations with key stakeholders to articulate the company's value proposition
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets while identifying strategic partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise or institutional sales with a proven track record
- Deep understanding of Web3, digital assets, and the tokenization landscape
- Residency in the APAC time zones, preferably Singapore or Hong Kong
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
