Job Summary
To enhance faculty teaching capabilities, the part-time Instructional Coach will provide professional development, training, and ongoing support to faculty members in a remote setting, focusing on effective online teaching practices and instructional methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate faculty on effective online teaching practices
- Review and evaluate faculty performance, providing trend analysis and establishing professional growth goals
- Maintain accurate faculty records and provide regular reports to the Director of Faculty Development regarding faculty performance data
Required qualifications
- Master's degree required
- One to three years of online and adult-focused teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of online learning technologies and learning management systems
- Ability to integrate a Christian worldview into coaching and a passion for Christ-centered higher education
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions and workshops
