Instructional Content Developer

Job Summary

To support a large enterprise organization in the technology and communications industry, the Instructional Content Developer will create engaging training content, including training decks, instructional videos, and eLearning courses, while working fully remote on a short-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Create polished training materials, including decks, job aids, and user documentation for HR tools and processes
• Develop and edit instructional videos and eLearning content using Camtasia and Articulate 360
• Collaborate with instructional designers to execute learning strategies and ensure content aligns with change management goals

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable learning content for large enterprises
• 3+ years of experience creating or editing instructional video content using Camtasia
• 3+ years of experience designing eLearning courses with Articulate Rise and Storyline or similar tools
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or user documentation
• Experience supporting system implementations or process transformation initiatives
