Instructional Content Developer

Job Summary

To support enterprise learning initiatives in the technology industry, the short-term contract Instructional Content Developer will develop self-paced eLearning and video-based training content remotely, utilizing established templates and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop self-paced eLearning and video-based training using established templates and tools
• Create and edit instructional videos and digital learning content
• Build courses using standard authoring tools and predefined frameworks while executing against tight timelines

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of enterprise eLearning or instructional content development experience
• Hands-on experience with Camtasia, PowerPoint, and tools such as Articulate or Captivate
• Strong technical writing and video development skills
• Ability to work fully remote and adapt quickly to existing processes
• Comfort operating in a non-strategic, execution-focused role
