Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Apprentice to develop educational content and enhance their skills in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and edit video tutorials and add closed captioning to training modules
• Transition survey results into actionable team tasks and update educational content
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to learn instructional design skills

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week for a 6-month apprenticeship
• Demonstrated interest in instructional design or related fields through coursework or experience
• Basic technical aptitude with digital tools and multimedia content
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills
