Instructional Design Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the development and quality assurance of e-learning training materials, the remote Associate, Instructional Design will refine content from subject matter experts and create engaging training modules focused on Central Nervous System assessments for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and polish eLearning courses based on content from internal scientific subject matter experts
• Regularly apply feedback and edits to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time
• Support peer-to-peer quality control reviews and update course content during product release cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience
• Advanced experience in Storyline 360, with preferred experience using the AI tool
• 3-5 years of eLearning development experience
