Instructional Design Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking an innovative Instructional Design Consultant, the full-time remote position will partner with various business divisions to assess training needs, design effective learning solutions, and develop engaging content that supports enterprise-wide initiatives using the ADDIE methodology.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of audiovisual materials to ensure training objectives are achieved
- Developing and implementing classroom and technology-based training programs tailored to organizational needs
- Managing instructional development projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 1 year of SCORM content development experience
- 1 year of experience in Instructional System Design
- 4 years of experience in website design and online training content development
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe eLearning tools
