Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design, eLearning Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans in alignment with timeframes and customer requests
• Create and enhance customer learning materials and eLearning modules
• Leverage data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in Learning Design and Development, Instructional Technology, or related field
• Instructional design experience required
• 2+ years of eLearning development experience preferred
• Experience utilizing eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with design tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
