Instructional Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Lead (3 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instructional design standards, processes, and templates for training programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create instructional materials, including eLearning modules and assessments
• Manage multiple instructional development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational strategies

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with learning technologies, including Workday Learning LMS and eLearning development tools
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Certification in instructional design or project management preferred
