Instructional Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design and Content Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning and blended learning solutions aligned with operational KPIs
• Administer and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the Knowledge/Content Management System (KMS)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to prioritize content creation and ensure learning relevance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and LMS/KMS administration
• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360; strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards
• Proven ability to manage a content or knowledge base, including architecture and search optimization
• Experience administering modern LMS platforms and configuring integrations or reporting
