Instructional Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Lead for Contact Center Curriculum Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of curriculum architecture and modular training for VA staff using Genesys CX Cloud
• Develop role-specific modular curriculums and reusable training assets, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training materials with operational requirements and oversee the development of assessment tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Expertise in adult learning theories and modular, role-based training creation
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
• Familiarity with eLearning and instructional authoring tools, and proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
