Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive AI and automation training program
• Create web-based training, instructor-led materials, and structured learning paths
• Translate complex technical and policy concepts into clear, user-friendly training content

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training curriculum development
• 5+ years delivering technical or systems-related training
• 5+ years creating e-learning, web-based, and instructor-led training materials
• 3+ years building training in LMS or online learning platforms
• Experience developing training aligned to policy, governance, privacy, or security
