Instructional Design Lead

Job Summary

Owning the architecture of Syllo Academy, the remote Instructional Design Lead will manage the LMS infrastructure, establish curriculum design standards, and produce multimedia training assets while ensuring high-quality training content for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve Syllo Academy, defining structure and learner experience for all training content
• Administer the LMS, including user management, content organization, and reporting configuration
• Produce video and multimedia training assets while developing and maintaining certification exams to validate user proficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a SaaS or technology environment
• Demonstrated experience administering an LMS at the system level
• Proficiency with video and multimedia production tools such as Camtasia or Articulate
• Experience developing assessments and certification programs, including item writing and rubric design
• Working knowledge of learning analytics and familiarity with SCORM or xAPI
