Instructional Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Manager to lead the development of immersive training programs in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage training and educational programs for Contact Center staff, ensuring alignment with educational goals and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers while applying instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Oversee vendor projects, manage budgets, and develop metrics to assess learning outcomes and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with computer-based training tools and simulation-based education
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
