Instructional Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading the instructional design and development of digital learning experiences, the remote Content Design & Delivery Manager will ensure courses are instructionally sound, engaging for adult learners, and aligned with educational standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and revises courses for adult learners, ensuring clarity and practical application
• Establishes course design, release, and quality control processes to maintain high standards
• Evaluates and implements new content approaches and tools to enhance course quality and learner experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle
• Experience in launching new courses and revising existing content
• Familiarity with adaptive learning or digital content management preferred
• Prior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plus
