Instructional Design Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing training initiative, the full-time remote Instructional Design Manager will design and develop customer-service-related and sales training content for new hires and refresher courses, utilizing modern instructional design methodologies and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and curricula for Servicing Agents and TeleSales Specialists
• Create interactive and engaging training materials using current virtual learning tools, including Articulate and AI
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and needs assessments, ensuring alignment with customer service and sales processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in instructional design and training evaluation
• Experience designing training curricula for remote workforces and sales training
• Proficiency in Articulate and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to translate process documentation into effective training materials
