Instructional Design Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Instructional Designers, the full-time remote Instructional Design Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality product education content that supports global product adoption and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Instructional Designers, setting priorities and delivery expectations for global content initiatives
- Define and maintain standardized course templates and ensure consistency across all learning formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical knowledge into effective, learner-focused education
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning leadership
- Proven experience leading instructional design and content development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Camtasia
- Experience designing learning for SaaS or complex software products
