Job Summary
To enhance employee knowledge and skills, the full-time remote L&D Instructional Design Officer will design, develop, and evaluate engaging learning solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement diverse learning delivery methods, including e-learning and instructor-led training, to accommodate various learning styles
- Develop comprehensive training materials such as storyboards, scripts, and curricula, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices
- Utilize data-driven insights to create assessments and continuously improve training content and delivery methods
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a corporate setting, preferably in banking or finance
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Familiarity with learning evaluation frameworks, such as the Kirkpatrick Model
