Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to support the Crop business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design comprehensive learning solutions
• Develop learning materials for various delivery formats including instructor-led and self-paced learning
• Update and revise training materials on an ongoing basis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Curriculum Design, or a High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience
• Experience in designing learning solutions of medium to high complexity
• Strong working knowledge of course development tools such as Articulate and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a financial services or insurance environment
• Knowledge of the global learning and development marketplace
